Yesterday we biked over 50 km to get to Haarlem! We left Kijkduin at 9 am and rode through the dunes for the majority of the ride. It was pretty hilly and windy but we made it eventually and had a beautiful view. We stopped for lunch and again later for herring and pickles. In between, we saw deer and Kris, Anna and I went to dip our toes in the sea. We then arrived at our house where Anna and I napped while Heidi and Greg took Kris and Laura to their place. At around 7, 3 hours after arrival, we met up to eat and found a very yummy italian place thanks to our owners! Today we will go to de Rijp!
